Dialer agents must login using the Mozilla Firefox web browser, Internet Explorer is not supported.

1. Open the Firefox web browser.
2. In the address bar enter your server address in the following format: http://192.168.1.200/agc/vicidial.php
   
   *Replace 192.168.1.200 with your server address
   
3. Enter your phone extension and password, then click submit.
   
   
4. Enter your user number and password, choose your campaign and click submit.
   
   
5. Your phone should ring shortly after clicking submit, you must answer this call to completely login.
6. You should now be logged into Vicidial Agent Interface, your screen should look similar to the one below.
   
   

Troubleshooting

• ♦ If you get a message saying "No One is in your session", click the Call Agent Again link and answer the incoming call to your phone.

• ♦ If your phone did not ring after you clicked the submit button, have your system administrator make sure your phone is configured properly.
