How To Save Leads Using Open Office

 

  1. Open the file containing your leads in Open Office.
  2. Click the File tab, then click Save As.

  3.  Set the name for the file, make sure to use .txt as the extension. Make sure "Automatic file name extension" is unchecked and "Edit filter settings" is checked. Then click save.

  4. Click Yes to the Warning.

  5. Change the Field delimiterto a | symbol. Then click OK.

  6. The list is now ready for upload in Vicidial.
