Administrators have the ability to force Agents to logout using the Vicidial Admin console.

 Forcing Vicidial Agents to Logout

1. Login to the Vicidial Admin page.
   
2. Click the reports tab at the top right of the page.
   
   
3. Click the All Campaigns Summary link.
   
4. Click the Campaign the agent is logged into.
   
5. This will take you to a live status screen for the campaign. Click the User number which you want to logout.
   
6. This will take you to the User Status page. Click the Emergency Log Agent Out button.
   
7. The Agent should now be logged out.
