Lists should be scrubbed against the Federal Do Not Call list before uploading them to the system. Phone numbers may be added to the internal DNC list through either the call dispostion set by the agent or by manually adding a number in the Admin console.

Manually adding numbers to the internal DNC list. 

1. Login to the Vicidial Admin console.
2. Clcik the "Lists" tab at the top of the page, then click the "Add Number To DNC" link.
   
   
3. Enter the phone number without the country prefix, then click Submit.
   
   
4. You should see a message confirming the addition.
