Call-Back Scheduling

Callbacks allow agents to choose a time and date for the current lead to be redialed. Agents may select to have the callback scheduled for themselves only or any agent.

Enabling scheduled callbacks for a campaign

  1. Login to the Vicidial Admin page.
  2. Click the Campaigns link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Campaign number you would like to edit.
  4. Click the Detail View button at near the top of the page.
  5. Scoll down the list of options to Schedule Callbacks and set it to Y.
  6. Click the Submit button to save the change.

Allowing Agent-Only Callbacks

  1. Login to the Vicidial Admin Console.
  2. Click the Users link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the User ID to edit.
  4. Under AGENT INTERFACE OPTIONS set Agent-Only Callbacks to 1.
  5. Click the Submit button to save the change.
