Dialer administrators and agents must the Mozilla Firefox web browser, Internet Explorer is not supported.

1. Open the Firefox web browser
2. In the address bar enter your server address in the following format: http://192.168.1.200/vicidial/admin.php
   *Replace 192.168.1.200 with your server address
3. Enter the Freevoice Dialer default admin user name "6666" and password "fv1234"
4. You should now be logged into Vicidial Administrator Console, if the username and password did not work contact your system administrator.
