Follow this guide to use the Phonebook module to alter the Caller ID Name of inbound calls to match the names associated to the numbers in the phonebook module.

Adding  CallerID Lookup Source

1. Login to the Freevoice PBX admin page.
2. Mouse over PBX and click PBX Setup.
3. Click CallerID Lookup Sources.
4. Fill out the fields as in the example below.
   
5. Click the Submit Changes button.

Enable CID Lookup in Each Inbound Route

1. Click Inbound Routes.
2. For each inbound route you would like to enable the CID lookup on, find the CID Lookup Source field and select Phonebook as shown below.
   
3. Then click the Submit Changes button, then click the orange Apply Changes bar at the top of the screen.

Adding Phonebook Entries

1. Click the Tools tab on the FreePBX page.
2. Click the Asterisk Phonebook link.
3. Add entries as in the example below. The Name field is what will be shown for incoming caller id, the speed dial code is used with the speed dial feature code.
   
4. Click the Submit Changes button to add the entry.
