This describes editing the file containing the template for voicemail messages sent via email.

1. Login to your Freevoice PBX as admin.
2. Mouse over PBX and click File Editor.
3. At the File Editor page scroll down and click vm_email.inc
4. Edit the message after "emailbody=" following the syntax where new lines are called by entering "\n" and tabs are called by entering "\t". Variables that can be used in the message are,
   ${VM_NAME} = Voicemail User
   ${VM_MAILBOX} = Mailbox Number
   ${VM_DUR} = Length of Voicemail Message
   ${VM_MSGNUM} = Voicemail Message Number
   ${VM_CALLERID} = Caller ID from Voicemail Message
   ${VM_DATE} = Time and date the message was left
5. Click the Update button in the bottom left corner when done.
6. Click Re-Read Configs to reload the PBX.
