Call Detail Reporting

This section will show you how to view the Call Detail Reporting.

  1. Login to your Freevoice PBX as admin.
  2. Mouse over the PBX and click PBX Setup.
  3. Click Reports near the top of the page.
  4. Enter search criteria and click the search button.
  5. To export the data simply click the Export to PDF or Export to CSV icons at the bottom of the page.
Search For All Calls by Date Range
Enter a Start and End Date in the appropriate fields then click the Filter button. This will display all calls for the specified date range, this can be used in combination with the search methods below.
Search For All Calls By Extension Select "Src. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the extension number in the text field, then click the Filter button. This will show both inbound and outbound calls for the extension, including internal calls.
Search For All Outbound Calls by Trunk Select "Dst. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the VoIP account name or "ZAP" for analog or PRI lines, then click the Filter button. This will show the outbound calls for the specified VoIP account or Analog lines.
Search For All Inbound Calls By Trunk Select "Src. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the VoIP account username or "ZAP" for analog or PRI lines, then click the Filter button. This will show the inbound calls for the specified VoIP account or Analog lines.
Search For Inbound Call By Caller ID Select "Source" from the Field drop down box, enter the Caller ID Number, then click the Filter button. This will display all incoming calls from the specified Caller ID number.
Search For Outbound Call By Phone Number Select "Destination" from the Field drop down box, enter the phone number, then click the Filter button. This will display all outgoing calls to the specified phone number.
