This guide describes the installation process for the iSymphony Client software with your Freevoice PBX.

Client – System Requirements
SUN JRE 1.5 or higher installed on the client
iSymphony Server configured properly with a Freevoice PBX system

Client Installation
Once you have downloaded iSymphony you are ready to install it. Depending on which operating system you're using, installation might vary slightly. Execute the iSymphony executable and follow the on screen installation instructions. Proceed to the Profiles section of this document.

Profiles
Upon first execution of the program you will be walked through a setup wizard. Simply add the iSymphony server information. If you do not see the wizard start the iSymphony client and click on File → New Profile.
Enter the information as shown below:
            IP Address: The IP address of the Freevoice PBX server
            Port: 50000
            Location: default
            Tenant: default
            User name: Your extension number.
            Password: The password which was created for you by an administrator. Default is secret.

To connect to the profile which was created open the Profile Navigator by clicking View → Profile Navigator. Right click on the name of the profile you wish to use and click Connect.
