HUDlite Features: - Your Extension status will apear in the top left corner of the application where your name and extension appear.
- You may record your current call by clicking the record button at the bottom right corner of your extension status box.
- To send your current call to your voicemail box click the envelope icon at the bottom right corner of your extension status box.
- To park a call, drag the active call from your extension status box to the Call Parking area. To make a note for the parked call double click the area under note in the Call Parking box, then enter the note. All HUDlite users will be able to see the note.
- To transfer a call to another extension, drag the active call from your extension box to the extension you would like to transfer the call to.
- To transfer a call to a users voicemail box, drag the active call from your extension box to the voicemail icon (cassette tape with green arrow) of the appropriate extension. This will transfer the call directly to the users mailbox.
- To transfer a call to a users cell phone, drag the active call from your extension box to the cell phone icon of the appropriate user. This will transfer the current call directly to a users cell phone.
- To transfer a call to an extension or external phone number not listed in HUDlite, while on the call enter the phone number with any required digits into the Xfer box, then click the Xfer button.
- To call another users extension, double click the users extension box.
- To call another users cell phone, double click the cell phone icon in the users extension box.
- To send another user an email, double click the email icon (envelope) in the users extension box.
- To leave a voicemail for another user, double click the voicemail icon (cassette tape) in the users extension box.
- To instant message another user, click the chat icon (dialog bubble) for the appropriate user.
HUDlite (Heads Up Display) HUDlite is a desktop application for Windows, Mac, or Linux PC's. This application connects to the Server and displays the status of extensions on the system. It also gives the user the ability to transfer and originate calls by drag and drop. Calls may also be parked using drag and drop. |
