Logging into Flash Operator Panel

Login to Flash Operator Panel:

  1. Open your web browser and enter the IP address or hostname of your server in the address bar (ex. http://192.168.1.115) then press enter.
  2. At the User Mode page click FOP.
  3. Login with the user fop, the default password is freevoice. You may also login with the maint user and password. To change the meetme password login to the Linux CLI and use the command passwd-fop.
  4. The following actions may be performed once logged in.
    • To transfer an active call, drag the phone icon of the extension on the call to the button of the extension you wish to transfer the call to.
    • To initiate a phone call drag the phone icon of the first extension to the button of the second extension.
    • To end a call double click the red oval icon of the extension you wish to terminate.
    • Extensions that are faded out are not rigistered with the Server.
    • Extensions with an Envelope that is not faded out have voicemail messages. Double click the Envelope to force the extension to check it's messages.
    • Queues buttons will show how many callers are in a Queue plus the wait time for the callers.
    • Parking Lot buttons will show calls that have been parked and the time remaining before timeout.
    • Trunk buttons will show any active calls on any of your trunks. Analog Lines will apear as a single button for each labeled "ZAP". VoIP Trunks will appear as a single button, displaying the number of calls on that trunk.
