Transfer

Calls may be transferred to internal extensions or outside telephone numbers. Remember to add any required digits when transferring to an external phone number.
For a blind(immediate) transfer: While on the call press the swissvoice f1 key on your phone, then enter the extension or phone number you would like to transfer the call to and hang up.

For an attended(supervised) transfer: While on the call, press the *2 key on your phone (this must be done fairly quick), then enter the extension or phone number. When the called party answers, announce the call and hangup to complete the transfer. To cancel the transfer and return to the caller press the the keys *2 again.

Call Hold

To place a call on hold: While on the call press the swissvoice key.

To retrieve a held call: Press the flashing swissvoice key.

Checking Voicemail

Your mailbox: To open your mailbox press the swissvoice f2 key on your phone.

First time logging in: The first time you log in to your mailbox your password will be set your extension number. After entering your default password, you will be guided through the precess of setting up your mailbox.

Voicemail Transfer

Used to transfer a caller directly into a users voicemail box.

Use VM Transfer: Press the swissvoice key on your phone, then press the star key plus the extension and hang up.

Call Park

Parking a call places that call on hold on a specific extension, allowing anyone to dial the parked extension for that call in order to pickup the call. Parked calls will time out and return to the extension that originally parked the call.

To Park a Call: While on the call, press the swissvoice key on your phone then dial 70 followed by the pound key. The parked extension (71 thru 79) will be announced after pressing the # key. Alert the intended recipient of the parked extension for their call.

To Pick a Parked Call: Dial the parked extension (71 thru 79) relating to your parked call followed by the send key.

Call Lists/Redial

To access your call lists: Press the OK key on your phone to access the menu, then select Call Lists. Use the navigation keys to select a call list.

To redial a number:  Find the number to redial in your call list, then pickup the handset or press the speaker-phone button to dial the number.

Conference Bridge

The Conference Bridge will simultaneously connect numerous calls into one conference call. Various options maybe set for Conference Rooms, including password authorization. Your system administrator must create conference bridge extensions in the PBX Setup.

To Use Basic Conference Bridge: To join a conference dial the extension of the conference. To send an external caller into the conference, transfer the call to extension of the conference.

Speed Dial

Speed dial codes are used as shortcuts for commonly dialed numbers. Speed Dial codes may be added through a voice prompted menu on your phone or by the system administrator through the web interface.

 To Add A Speed Dial Code: Dial *75, pressing the send key if needed. When prompted for a speed dial location enter the desired two to three digit code for your new Speed Dial. Follow the additional voice prompts, remember to add any digits required to dial out on your system, when adding the speed dial telephone numbers.

To Use A Speed Dial Code: Dial *0 plus the speed dial code, and then press the send key.

Call Pickup

Used to pickup a call ringing on another phone.

To Use Call Pickup: Press Pickup key, or dial ** + the extension to pickup
