1. Setting the Network Configuration
This page will walk you through configuring the IP address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS, and hostname.

Configuring the Network Settings:

  1. Open your web browser and enter the IP address or hostname of your server in the address bar (ex. http://192.168.1.115) then press enter.
  2. You should Freevoice PBX User page should now be displayed.
  3. Switch into Admin Mode by clicking the switch link next to User mode in the top right corner.
  4. Enter maint for the user, the default password is freevoice.
  5. Move the mouse over the Settings tab, and click on Network.
  6. To change the hostname, gateway, or DNS click the Edit Network Parameters button. Enter the new hostname, gateway, and DNS settings, then click the Save button.
  7. To change the IP address of an Ethernet card, click the appropriate Ethernet device link in the Ethernet Interface List. Enter the new IP address and Network Mask settings, then click the Apply Changes button. You will need to close the current browser window and open a new one with the new IP address.
