Finding Recorded Calls

This section will show you how to find calls that have been recorded  by the system. The recorded calls include calls that are automatically recorded and calls that were recorded on demand.

  1. Login to your Freevoice PBX admin page.
  2. Mouse over PBX and click Call Detail List.
  3. The Call Detail List page opens with all calls from the current day and starts with the most recent. To move to the next or previous page click the next or previous link in the corner of the list.
  4. To listen to a recorded call click the Listen link, to download the recorded file click the download link.
