25. Searching Calls
     Search For All Calls by Date Range
  • Enter a Start and End Date in the appropriate fields then click the Filter button. This will display all calls for the specified date range, this can be used in combination with the search methods below.
    Search For All Calls By Extension
  • Select "Src. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the extension number in the text field, then click the Filter button. This will show both inbound and outbound calls for the extension, including internal calls.
    Search For All Outbound Calls by Trunk
  • Select "Dst. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the VoIP account name or "ZAP" for analog or PRI lines, then click the Filter button. This will show the outbound calls for the specified VoIP account or Analog lines.
    Search For All Inbound Calls By Trunk
  • Select "Src. Channel" from the Field drop down box, enter the VoIP account username or "ZAP" for analog or PRI lines, then click the Filter button. This will show the inbound calls for the specified VoIP account or Analog lines.
    Search For Inbound Call By Caller ID
  • Select "Source" from the Field drop down box, enter the Caller ID Number, then click the Filter button. This will display all incoming calls from the specified Caller ID number.
    Search For Outbound Call By Phone Number
  • Select "Destination" from the Field drop down box, enter the phone number, then click the Filter button. This will display all outgoing calls to the specified phone number.
