Viva Voyage’s mission is to become the best seller of vacations by redefining the way they are sold. We had previously serviced their original Nortel BCM system, when they decided to replace the current system we suggested a Freevoice PBX Asterisk solution. We installed a single server in the North Carolina, phones from both offices connect to this same server. Phones in the North Carolina office connect using the local data network, phones in the Florida office connect over the Internet using the g729 codec to minimize bandwidth usage. |

Financial Group of America is customer based out of New York. A local company had sold them equipment, but could not configure the system to match the expectations of the customer, even after two weeks of trying. Freevoice Telecom was contacted by this customer, who was in desperate need to get their Asterisk powered phone system functioning properly. We informed the customer it would be easier to load our Freevoice PBX software on his existing Asterisk server and start from scratch, as his current system setup was easily replicated within the Freevoice PBX setup and contains many user and admin tools not installed by the previous company. After training & system administration, the customer was amazed how user friendly the interfaces were and thanked us for configuring his system promptly and to his exact specifications. |

We replaced an existing VoIP PBX system with two of our Freevoice PBX Asterisk Systems, one in India and one in California. The two systems are tied together using DUNDI and IAX2, allowing for extension calls between servers and least cost routing at both locations. After the completion of installation we were told the sound quality was amazing compared to their prior VoIP system. |
